Minutes of the Annual Parish Assembly held at 7.00 pm on Wednesday 8 May 2013 in the Village Hall

1          Introduction of councillors and apologies for absence

The Chairman welcomed the members of the public. There were no apologies for absence.

2          Minutes of the Annual Parish Assembly 2012

The minutes of the Annual Parish Assembly held on 9 May 2012 were agreed as a correct record and signed.

3          Matters arising from the last meeting

There were no matters arising from the last meeting.

4          Report from the Chairman

The Chairman of the Council, David Cameron, reported on the council’s activities over the past year. His report is attached.

5          Questions from the public concerning matters over which the Parish Council has control or some influence

Topics discussed included Speedwatch, and the limited possibilities for holding it in different locations; poor road surfaces; the parish magazine; state of footpaths; and the Catch Up Café.

The meeting closed about 7.30, and was followed by the annual meeting of the parish council.
