The Maldon Development Plan
Maldon District Council has published the Maldon District local Development Plan Preferred Options (LDP) consultation document. The LDP sets out the Council's preferred vision and objectives for how the District will be developed over the next 15 years, and will be used to guide the delivery of employment, homes, retail, community facilities and infrastructure provision in the future.
Public consultation on the LDP Preferred Options document is being undertaken from 10th July 2012 to 28th August 2012. The Council is seeking your views on the document. Representations can be made through the Council's online consultation portal http://maldon.limehouse.co.uk/portal/ by email to policy@maldon.gov.uk, or by post to the Council Offices. Comments should arrive at the Council Offices by 5pm on 28th August 2012.
