The Village Green

The Village Green in Braxted forms the centre piece of the village.  Although small in size it holds the 'Little Braxted Sign' and two Horse Chestnuts that were planted for the Queens Coronation and Silver Jubilee.

The Green is maintained by a Little Braxted horticultural contractor.

In 2012 5 new bird boxes were erected to provide more nesting sites.  Thank you to all those that helped.

As the centre of the village, the upkeep of the greens plays a key part in the best kept village competition your help in their upkeep is invaluable.
