Tree Preservation Orders

Trees are an important feature of the landscape of our village.  Some of the more important trees are protected by Tree Preservation Orders, which require the permission of Maldon District Council before any work can be undertaken on the trees.

These are the current Tree Preservation Orders - each contains a map and a description of the tree (or groups of trees) covered by the order.
