Neighbourhood Plan

 Residents voted to accept the Neighbourhood Plan at the referendum on 26th September.  This is the first Neighbourhood Plan to be approved within the Epping Forest District.





Please note that Kier, on behalf Affinity Water will be replacing the water supply pipe in Moreton.  




The work will take place at Bridge Road, with three way traffic lights during the school holidays 28 October - 3rd November


Moreton Road work will take place between 10th October - 22 November 2019


Moreton Bridge work will take place between 18th November - 31st January. 


No work will take place during the Christmas break.



Access will be maintained for residents and emergency services and you may experience a disruption to supply.
