The main responsibilities of the Parish Council are street lighting, benches, litter bins, litter, grass cutting and other open public places, plus the maintenance of the Parish Emergency Plan.
The Parish Council also has the right to comment on Planning Applications, which are retained by the Parish Clerk and are available for viewing upon request or via the 'Planning' link on the left hand side of this page.
The next meeting of the Parish Council will be on Monday, 4th December, 2017, 7.30pm at Church House.
There will be a meeting on 20th November, 7.30pm at Church House to discuss the Budget for 2018/19.
There will be a meeting with Kemi Badenoch, MP, on Thursday 23rd November, 7.00pm at Newport Primary School Hall.
