Panfield Plodders
Panfield Plodders is a walking group set up by volunteers with the aim to lead different ability walks, on a regular basis, starting and finishing in Panfield.

Walking in a group is a great way to meet new friends. You don't need any fancy equipment and it won't cost you anything. There are also many health benefits and will help to:
- Keep your heart and lungs stay healthy
- Lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels
- Keep your bones and muscles strong
- Improve mental health and mood
- Maintain a healthy weight.

You can also download a copy of the map of PROWs around Panfield or purchase a copy for £1 from the Parish Council Clerk by emailing panfield-parish-clerk@outlook.com. All proceeds from the sale of the map will be donated to Panfield Community Association.
