Friends Organisation
St Mary's Sheering has a lot of supporters beyond its Sunday congregation who help maintain and pay for work on the buildings and churchyard.
To encourage those who belong to this group, there is a 'Friends' committee which organises fundraising events and entertainment and runs our Friends Organisation.
Members of the Friends Organisation
- receive a regular newsletter (Click here for the October 2014 issue)
- receive special invitations to events in church
- are invited to an annual meeting where a report of the Friends activities will be given
- receive the annual report of the Friends Organisation
