Re-create ancient march features on former agriculturally improved

land.  replace/repair existing sluices and create a low soil bund to allow

better management of water across the site and create a lagooon to

store winter rainfall. 

T1 Eucalyptus - Remove and replace with a Liquidamber Styraciflua.

T2 Silver Birch - Crown loft by 2.5m and tip prune less than 1m away

from overhead cables. 

wet features by the creation of surface ditches and shallow scrapes. 

Raising of shallow bunds around field edges to contain water levels. 

Raising sections of field track above increased water levels.  Raising

of existing field bridges/crossing points to allow staff/livestock access.

stair access at first floor (Sail Loft A).  Creation of new office in roof

space and replacement stairs to rear (Sail Loft B).  Replacement of

external fire escape stair (Sail Loft D).  New external vertical handrail

T1 Large white Poplar in rear garden of property – die back in crown

and multiple decay pockets (advised by tree surgeons).  Proposal to

reduce tree to approx. 10-12M & retain as a low pollard for wildlife

7m high.
