Recordings for Individuals or Organisations

The United Kingdom Disability Discrimination Act requires suppliers and providers of goods and services to provide information in a form accessible by disabled people.

This has meant that often a simple printed brochure or leaflet is no longer acceptable as the only medium to present the information. Braille, large print or audio media is sometimes also required.

Wickford & District Talking Newspaper has completed a number of such special project audio tapes for clients, including Basildon Borough Council, Basildon & Thurrock General Hospitals NHS Trust and Suffolk Coastal District Council.

With our new Digital Recording Studio now operational we are able to produce such recordings on a range of media, at high quality. We can provide a complete service, from the reading of supplied copy, to production of the computer audio file, to the replication of media.

If you have a requirement for the production of audio, or would like to discuss a possible special project, just send an email to wickfordtalkingnewspaper@gmail.com and someone will call you to discuss your requirements.
