Meetings

Meetings are generally held on a Wednesday in The Village Hall {The Room in the Rodings) in May, July, October, January & March. At 8.00 pm..

The Annual General Meeting is held as part of and before the general agenda of the May meeting

The Annual Parish Assembly is held at 7.30 pm.. immediately before the March Meeting

Interim Planning or Special Issue Meetings are held as necessary.

All meetings are announced on the Abbess Roding Notice Board and this website at least three days before any meeting.

There will be a maximum of 15 minutes Public Question Time allowed at each meeting, where members of the public will be able to raise matters of Parish business/local concern. 

[It is requested that questions be submitted in writing to the parish clerk at least 10 days before the meeting to allow time for all councillors to be notified with the agendas.]
