Winner of the Edward Brooke's Lieder Prize and creator of the title role in Michael Walters opera Ava's Wedding, Eleanor is a graduate of the Birmingham Conservatoire, and the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
Eleanor featured as a soloist on the Birmingham Conservatoires recording of the entire choral works of Samuel Barber. She introduced the choir to the worls of Barber in its Americana concert in July 2018.
On stage, Eleanor has played several roles including a production of Poulenc’s La Voix Humaine, Mme Larina in Tchaikovsky’s Eugene Onegin with OPRA Cymru, Mozart's 1st Lady from The Magic Flute, Donna Anna from Don Giovanni, Mme Lidoine (New Prioress) in Poulencs Dialogues des Carmelites, Gertrude in Humperdincks Hansel und Gretel, and La Zelatrice in Puccinis Suor Angelica. And she recently played the lead singing role in a new opera Tigress, performed at Tamworth Castle.
