Planning Commitee

Meetings are held on Tuesdays, as and when required. Meetings are scheduled to take place within 21 days after plans are received from Rochford District Council.  Reference Numbers of plans to be reviewed can be found on the Parish Council's Notice Boards prior to the meeting.    Parish Councils act as Statutory Consultees only and all final decisions are made by the local Planning Authority which in our case is Rochford District Council.

Planning meetings are open to the public and are held at The Old Firestation.
