Allotments Open Day
The Allotments Open Day for 2007 will be on Sunday 9th September.
If you ever wanted an allotment or wondered how they operate, the Town Council has an Allotments Open Day each year.
The Event has tours of plots, 'minbug hunts', a question time for gardeners, plant and equipment sales, refreshments and activities for youngsters.
The Allotments Open Day is held at our Allotment Sites on Manchester Drive, Leigh-on-Sea and admission is free.
Plots available for rent
If you are interested in an allotment plot please contact the Town Council Offices on 01702-716288 between 10.00 am and 3.00 pm Monday to Thursday or 10.00 am and 1.00 pm on Friday.
The current Allotment rents (including water) are:
