Our Volunteer Co-ordinator prepares and manages the stewards' rota during the Museum open season between March and October. The role includes recruiting and training new stewards, arranging meetings and training days and ensuring adequate cover on open days. We would also require a new volunteer agreement to be created and implemented.

You should have good communication and people skills, have basic computer skills and ideally have managed volunteers before. You must reside in the Maldon District.

Magazine Editor

We are looking for a new editor for the Magazine of The Museum in the Park which is produced three times a year. The role involves sourcing varied content for the magazine and producing a PDF version to send to the printer to meet publication deadlines. Although not essential, occasional attendance at monthly Museum meetings is encouraged.
