At the AGM on 15th May 2007 Ron Sanderson was appointed to continue as Chairman and John Clark was appointed as Vice Chairman.
Mr Terry Deighton was co-opted to Stisted Parish Council at the parish council meeting held on 1st April 2008.
AGM - 13th May 2008, Ron Sanderson had previously indicated that he did not wish to be considered for the position of Chairman. John Clark was duly nominated and unanimously elected as Chairman for the forthcoming year. Ron Sanderson was subsequently nominated and unanimously elected as Vice-Chairman.
The elections held in 2011 were uncontested and your Councillors remain the same. However, Ron Sanderson indicated at the Annual General Meeting held in May 2011 that he no longer wished to be Vice Chairman. Derek Burrell was elected in his place. The Council owes a debt of gratitude to Ron for all his work as Chairman and then Vice Chairman and Derek Burrell said on taking up the reins that 'he will be a hard act to follow'.
