 Le Tour de France has arrived! (well....almost!)

The Parish Council are delighted to announced that the Tour de France will be coming directly through the Parish on 7th July 2014.   This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a globally recognised event.  Full details in terms of logistics are yet to be confirmed, however the route through the Parish has been confirmed as follows:

• Coming into the Parish from an easterly direction along Moreton Road / Fyfield Road
• Down Maltings Hill into Church Road
• Past Moreton School and the two Moreton public houses
• Turning northwards onto Harlow Road
• Travelling is a northwesterly directly into Windy Hill
• Turning southwards into Weald Bridge Road
• ...continuing on into North Weald
