The Rural Community Council of Essex (RCCE) is an independent charity helping people and communities throughout rural Essex build a sustainable future.
Our centres of population are Stanford Rivers and Toot Hill, all within a very rural part of Essex. The Council meets every two months at the Toot Hill village Hall, normally at 1950 on the 2nd Thursday of "odd" months. All are welcome.

Willingale is a small village in rural Essex mentioned in the Domesday Book. It's main claim to fame is being the only parish in Essex with two churches in one churchyard separated by the Essex Way.
