The Baddow and Galleywood U3A is the local section of the UK-wide U3A - the University of the Third Age. This is a self-help organisation for people no longer in full time employment providing educational, creative and leisure opportunities in a friendly environment.
Village Hall
There are at least a dozen Essex Saints from Saint Helen in the 3rd century until Saint John Payne in the 16th and one of Britain's first churches at Bradwell from 650AD. Essex has an impressive faith, history, geography and people from early history until today.
Hadstock Village Hall available to community groups and private hirers
Established in 1962 the Society presents a series of talks on various aspects of history, both of local and national interest. A Newsletter is published and books and booklets on local subjects. Visits to places of historical interest are arranged from time to time.
Messing Village Hall has recently been completely refurbished and once inside could be regarded as a new building. It has lots to offer you for your event and whether a single or more regular booking we hope we can accommodate your needs.
