How to register to be a member of this website/access rotas
JOINING THE WEBSITE DOES NOT GIVE YOU IMMEDIATE ACCESS TO THE ROTA, but access will be granted usually within 24 hours -see below .
Joining the website does not mean you are a member of the pool - you still have to complete your application form, pay and sign up for duties.
JOINING THIS WEBSITE is very easy and means you will -
1) be included in our mailings and kept up to date with information about the pool
2) be able to view all the rotas for the summer, (members of the public cannot see this section). This rota section is not visible until you have logged in and been 'approved'.
You do not have to join the website to be a member of the SWCHS swimming pool club, as you can view the rota poolside, during opening hours.
WHAT TO DO
At the top of this site, in the orange bar it says NOT A MEMBER join group.
1. Click on 'join group', register using the purple word REGISTER (at bottom).
2. You will be sent an email, follow the link and using your password LOG IN
Thats all YOU have to do.
3. Once you have logged in to the website, your email appears on a online members list (unseen to you). Then someone will 'approve you' and THEN you will have access to the rota. This will happen the next time a member of the committee checks their inbox - so be patient - it might not be straight away, but usually within 24 hours, often much sooner.
4. If you can't see the rota after 24 hours, email splash2008@mac.com. If it is urgent, it is best to phone ANNE 501137.
Please request access in good time, so you are not depending on a committee member being able to react instantly.
