Chignal 4 Art
NEW YEAR, NEW LOCATION
From January 2013 Chignal 4 Art will be held at St Mary's Cottage, Mashbury Road, Chignal St James CM1 4TP, opposite the playing field. We meet on the fourth Thursday of the month but there is a change of times, from 1pm to 4pm. The new venue is courtesy of Janet Campen.

GENERAL INFORMATION: Meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of the month. Come along and join us for a creative afternoon.The group meets between 1 and 4 - arrive and leave whenever you like between those times. The cost is £2 each time you attend to cover costs. Please note there is no meeting in December.
Why not bring along your own photos, some flowers or items of interest to paint or draw?
Some ideas to get you going:
1. Look at a good variety of art books
2. Visit art exhibitions. There are many in the Chelmsford area during the year, including Writtle, Great Waltham, Maldon, Danbury, Boreham and Purleigh, as well as Chelmsford Art Society which exhibits in Great Baddow
3. Be inspired by greetings cards and paintings for sale in galleries and art shops
