We are a team within the Special Educational Needs and Children with Additional Needs Service (SENCAN). We provide support and advice to families and carers of young children with additional needs.

Good Beginnings is the multi-agency Essex programme to support families who have a pre-school child with autism or social communication difficulties. Good Beginnings provides free advice, support and training by specialist staff to Essex parents and practitioners during the early years.
Harmonie is Rayleigh based windband which performs around ten concerts per years, many in aid of local charities. We have a wide repertoire with something to suit most tastes. Little Baddow Baby & Toddler Group is a relaxed and informal group open to residents of Little Baddow and surrounding area. We meet on Tuesday mornings from 10.00-11.30.
Maldon Museum exhibits items directly related to the District, whether they are domestic, industrial, natural or manufactured, discovered locally or collected from afar. We hold a vast archive of artefacts from Maldon’s history but there is not always enough room, so our displays are updated on a regular basis.
