Galleywood Celebrates 2012 a community led group has set up to plan an event in June 2012 to celebrate. We treasure our local heritage and our active community groups and by bringing these together we will celebrate as one community.

Harmonie is Rayleigh based windband which performs around ten concerts per years, many in aid of local charities. We have a wide repertoire with something to suit most tastes. If you play a brass, woodwind or percussion instrument why not join us! We rehearse on a Wednesday night and there are no auditions.

Maldon Museum exhibits items directly related to the District, whether they are domestic, industrial, natural or manufactured, discovered locally or collected from afar. We hold a vast archive of artefacts from Maldon’s history but there is not always enough room, so our displays are updated on a regular basis.

Mashbury is a small Parish north of Chelmsford. Its Parish meeting is open to all residents.
