Our group is based in Colchester and runs activities aimed at supporting the practice of Insight Meditation.

There are at least a dozen Essex Saints from Saint Helen in the 3rd century until Saint John Payne in the 16th and one of Britain's first churches at Bradwell from 650AD. Essex has an impressive faith, history, geography and people from early history until today.
This 12th century church originally in the parish of Willingale Spain is a peaceful stop on the Essex Way. Now in the care of the Churches Conservation Trust, the Friends of St. andrews and All Saints encourage visitors to appreciate the serenity of this historic building.
