Hadstock Society

The Hadstock Society is a Civic Trust registered Amenity Society. It aims to stimulate interest in the natural and built heritage of Hadstock and its preservation. It holds a number of meetings throughout the year.

The Hadstock Society has recently secured a Local Heritage Initiative grant to fund the "Why Hadstock?" project, which will investigate the early history of Hadstock, by means of an archaelogocal dig. For more information on this project, click here.

The Society's AGM will be held on Friday November 28th 2014 in the Village Hall starting at 8pm. A number of changes to the Society's constitution will be proposed at this meeting to bring it up to date.
