Planning applications are viewed by the Parish Council for comment before being assessed by Colchester Borough Council's Planning Department. Applications are discussed during the two Parish Council Meeting held every month, or where the deadline falls outside of the time scale for these meetings, after circulation to all Councillors.
Comments are then sent to CBC Planning department.
