Armed Forces Day Southend - Party in the Town, is a fixed annual JUNE military event, held in SOUTHEND-on-SEA to celebrate our Armed Forces. The Bradwell-on-Sea Flower Show is a yearly event that takes place in August at the Village Hall. The event provides the opportunity for the community to show, Flower arranging, Cut Flowers, Vegetables, Cookery, Handicraft, Photography and Art in both children’s and adult’s classes. The playing field hosts the Companion Dog Show, stalls, music, refreshments and entertainment.

Downham is a small village located on the outskirts of Chelmsford in Essex. It has a church and a village hall and is part of the South Hanningfield Parish. The hall has various weekly activities taking place benefiting the local community and is also open to hire for parties, meetings, dances, weddings and other social occasions.
Membership is open to all persons interested in Fine Art. We aim to further members’ practice and enjoyment of Fine Art by drawing and painting together, discussions, lectures, demonstrations, visits etc.
