• Representing the community to CBC during the planning application phase of the New Village Hall and Green;
  
  
• Specifying, for Mersea Homes, the plan for the electrical wiring and Ethernet services for the New Village Hall including the installation of WiFi;
  
  
• Project Planning, Management and resourcing of the Queen's Jubilee Celebration;
  
  
• With Parish Clerk, the Project Planning and Management for the work to furnish, equip, market, and manage the New Village Hall;
  
  
• Providing and installing of lighting equipment at trade prices for the New Village Hall;
  
  
• Commissioning and supply of materials to secure the New Village Hall car park;
  
  
• Providing an all weather, 24 hour opening a closing service for the New Village Hall Car Park (Still current);
  
  
• Delivery of the Village News to 105 residents (Still current);
  
  
• Erection of Neighbourhood Watch street signs (Still current);
  
  
• Surveying of the communities wants and needs for features of the Village Green (Closed 2014 but now back on the Parish Council's Agenda);
  
  
• Liaising with CBC on matters concerning street lighting, grass cutting, dog nuisance and dog mess issues (Still current);
  
  
• Drawing the communities attention to, and highlighting, features of the proposed Local Plan for future housing developments in Gt. Horkesley and to make it easier to participate in the consultation run by CBC (Still current);
  
  
• Setting up of a Volunteers Group (Still Current).
