Removal of corrugated asbestos low pitch roof and replacement with a pitched tiled roof to single storey rear extension.- 9 St. Johns Green No objection. Ensure that asbestos is removed to Health & Safety standards. This conversion would help to improve the appearance of the area. 2 concerns raised by local resident. |

Single storey rear extension to annexe and re-siting oil - tank behind new hedges (variation to previous approval reference 07/02276/FUL). Sturgeons House Objection. Original application was objected to by the Parish Council. This is a further unwarranted extension into a green belt area and another change to a listed building. Resiting of oil tank is acceptable providing it is screened by the new hedge |
08/00494/FUL |
Temporary change of use of agricultural building for 4 months of each year to provide indoor cricket nets facility - Skeggs Farm. Support the principal of developing sport facilities for the youth of the area. Very concerned about road safety as access is via the Chelmsford Road which is busy road and has a 40MPH limit. Disagree that there is a safe cycle route in the area; this could be improved by reconsidering the implementation of a cycle route across Skeggs farm. Proposed hours of use are acceptable. |
